All Temperature Thermal Insulations Ltd. Is family run. The story begins back in the 1960s when the late Gary Sloane started work as an insulation tradesperson. Living and working in and around the GTA, Gary introduced his eldest son, Randy, to the trade. Fresh out of high school, Randy jumped at the opportunity to do what his father had done. He built on years of experience within the industry and jumped at any opportunity to learn and lead. Eventually he decided to pursue a dream and in February of 1995, started the company with Diana Sloane.

Over the years the company has grown from a small 2 person outfit to what it is today. The company has completed projects all over Ontario and has even worked as far away as the Canadian Forces Station, Alert. The company is a proud member of the Durham Construction Association (DCA), Peterborough Construction Association (PCA). Masters Insulation Association (MIA) and Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC). Randy is a former president of the DCA and currently holds a position on the board of directors at the MIA. Randy now runs the company with his son, Darren, who continues this industry journey into a third generation.
